For users of Kontakt and Battery, you can download a collection of instruments I sampled here. Instruments include a wooden cigar box, a beer bottle, a large glass bowl filled with water, and nail clippers. Not the best recordings, using a Shure Beta 58A microphone. Use them how you like, but please give me credit if you do use them.

Evan Boles is a 2012 Graduate of Indiana/Purdue with a Masters of Science in Music Technology and 2007 Graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BS Music Production and Technology. Masters Thesis involved the creation of a modified set of wind chimes designed to function as a midi/osc controller. More information and photos/examples can be found here.

Software used actively or semi-actively: Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Ableton Live, Cubase, Pro Tools, Logic, Reason, Sound Forge, Ozone, Wavelab, Microsoft Office, Mac, Windows, and Linux. Programming includes Max/MSP and C++ along with Javascript and Visual Basic. Installations use the Arduino microcontroller along with various sensors and electronic engineering and programming done using various methods.
Currently working on an installation using weather generated music as part of a Makership awarded by the LVL 1 Makerspace Collective in Louisville, Kentucky.
